Planning Consultancy
All plans are created in line with the local planning policies and extra care is given to conservation areas and listed buildings. We work in accordance with the planning policy framework set out by the local council. Our expertise with the planning consultancy process allows us to offer a turnkey project, inclusive of required man power, materials, and other related elements into construction documents to efficiently and safely build the project.
Architectural Design
Detailed 2D wireframe models are created for the project using CAD. All architectural designs are a in accordance with the local council planning policies and planning requirements including building regulations. All 2D CAD drawings can be further rendered into high resolution 3D drawings. Exterior and Interior models are prepared separately as per your demand.
Construction Management
Manage each stage of the overall development of the project, from foundation, drainage and substructure, right through to completion. A complete solution for your project, arranging and providing skilled man power, material, equipment and machinery. Regular client meeting will be held to discuss progress in line with the construction schedule and programme.
ABOUT US
KS7 London Limited was founded by Kunwar in 2017 and established in 2019. With his extensive experience in various sectors, he has a deep insight of customer and client needs in today's fast-growing market. He entered the industry with his initial project of restoring a commercial Grade II listed building in Kent, UK and has shifted his focus to developing and refurbishing residential projects. The company has three directors on its board, Rajiv, Neelam and Kunwar. Rajiv has vast experience in business plans, financial reviews and human resource management. Neelam has done advanced research in complementary medicine and is experienced to set up health centres, spas, high-end residential dwellings. All day-to-day operations of the company are overseen by the managing director, Kunwar. Neelam and Kunwar, are member of various property investment consortiums and are regularly involved in day-to-day meetings and discussion regarding property development and growth within the UK.
The company has experience in constructing and refurbishing residential dwellings, commercial office and restaurant space. In addition to the new constructions, KS7 London Limited also develop architectural plans and apply for planning permission to local councils. Extra care is given to projects in conservation areas and all planning is carried out with local planning policies and guidance frameworks.
The future vison of KS7 London Limited is to create a portfolio of residential and commercial properties. These include, homes, flats, buy-to-lets and houses of multiple occupancy (HMOs). The company’s day-to-day business dealing are with experienced sub-contractors, in providing customised planning for construction, developing and refurbishment projects.
